Dry Suit Diver
Welcome to the IDDA Dry Suit Diver course!
You don’t want to freeze anymore while diving or just want to have the possibility to dive all year round?
As a Dry Suit Diver you will learn how to use a dry suit safely and comfortably. By using a dry suit, you can dive longer and in colder water without the water temperature affecting your body. In this course you will learn how to put on and take off the suit, how to adjust it properly and how to take it off quickly and safely in case of emergency. You will also learn in theory and practice the differences between dry suits and wetsuits and how to choose the right size and fit. The course concludes with a pool and open water dive where you can apply your newly acquired knowledge and skills under the guidance of the instructor.
Important to remember: Dry suit diving requires more preparation and equipment and there are special precautions and rules of conduct that must be followed, so I recommend you complete the course.
We look forward to accompanying you on your diving adventure.
