CCR Submatix

Welcome to the IDDA CCR Submatix course!

You want to dive deeper and longer than it is possible with conventional diving methods? Then the CCR Submatix diving course is just right for you. In this course you will learn how to operate a Submatix rebreather, a special type of scuba. Unlike a conventional scuba, where you consume oxygen from a tank every time you take a breath, a rebreather purifies and reuses the exhaled air. This allows you to dive longer and deeper without quickly running out of oxygen tanks.

In the course you will learn the basics of rebreather technology and how to handle a rebreather safely and correctly. You will practice diving with the rebreather in different scenarios and learn important emergency procedures. By the end of the course you will be able to dive independently with a rebreather and take full advantage of this diving method.
